      How do I generate an estimated valuation in Pricefinder?

      Follow these 5 simple steps to generate a valuation estimate

      To generate a valuation estimate:

      1. Click on RP Data/Pricefinder.
      2. Select the state of where your target property is located.
      3. Enter the address in the search bar at the top of the screen, the report option will default to Property Report.
      4. Click the search icon.
      5. The Property Report will launch on screen and the valuation estimate is located on the left hand side of the report.
