The Rentals Report will identify properties based on your criteria that are currently for rent and rented. It will provide:
- Days on Market for each rental property.
- Original asking price vs final price.
- Real Estate Agent.
- Highest, Lowest, Average & Median Rental Price & Days on Market
To order a Rentals report:
- Click on RP Data/Pricefinder.
- Select the Market Activity tab.
- Click on For Rent.
- Enter your target suburb and click "Search".
- Enter your desired criteria and click "Search".
